This conference which was held in 20th and 21st of January 2016 in IRIB conference center is aimed to increase the efficiency of oil and gas wells’ drilling emphasizing on the power of country’s companies
Entrance of country’s drilling services providers to the upstream of petroleum industry development was emerged in a different way. Birth of the companies which are based on technology and creative human resources has created new competitions in development of oil and gas projects.
Presentation of the experiences which has been obtained during the development of drilling services companies could be an opportunity for continuation and maintenance of country’s developments.Due to this, the necessity for holding a conference focused on drilling services is created. This conference which was held in 20th and 21st of January 2016 in IRIB conference center is aimed to increase the efficiency of oil and gas wells’ drilling emphasizing on the power of country’s companies, increasing the quality of drilling services, decreasing non-productive time of drilling rigs because of technical services and replacement of foreign companies with country’s powerful companies.
Drilling services conference was focused on technical-engineering and economy-management sections. Technical-engineering section’s formed committees are drilling services, drilling fluids, production services, logging services, BOP services and QHSE.
In economy-management section, four committees were formed based on management, economy, market and investment, legal and contracts, human resources, science management topics.
This forum is going to be held by secretariat of national drilling congress and association of petroleum engineering graduates accompanied by Pars Oil and Gas Company and the support from 90 contractor and employer drilling services companies.
In the held meetings of specialized committees of the conference, about 400 experts in 140 meetings have investigated Iran’s drilling industry for reaching the goals and vision of the conference.
