“Iran drilling 2017 is a gateway toward future development”, said Ali Kardor, CEO of National Iranian Oil Company.

The second session of Policy Council for 4th International Iran drilling congress & exhibition 2017 was held at prime meeting room of ministry of petroleum on January 21st 2017. Thirty two delegates from Iranian clients and contractors of upstream oil industry attended the meeting, as per invitation.

Rokneddin Djavadi, deputy of petroleum minister and head of the council applauded the unbelievable amount of work done for this great event and stated: “When looking at the results from different committees of this congress, we should understand that this congress has started a movement that will definitely change Iran drilling industry to a good form”.

Hamid Bovard, CEO of Iranian Offshore Oil Company and Chairman of Iran Drilling 2017, submitted a detailed report on what has been and should be done for this congress including “350 sessions in 30 specialized committees have been held by the presence of 400 experts from 150 companies that led to 9000 man-hour work to analyze the current condition, define the desired one and present a roadmap toward improvement of Iran drilling industry”. He added, “The results will be presented partly in this event and the sessions will continue to 5th drilling congress in 2018”.

“As this congress is the biggest upstream gathering of Iran drilling experts and stakeholders, this should be the best meaning toward extending B2B relations among clients and contractors”, said Ali Kardor, CEO of National Iranian Oil Company and member of policy council. He stated, “Iran drilling 2017 is a gateway toward future development, as we are planning to reach to technology edge in drilling industry”.

The 4th International Iran drilling Congress & Exhibition 2017 will be held on 18th & 19th February in IRIB International Conference center in Tehran-Iran.
