HOUSTON – shale Support Holdings, LLC, a pioneer in supplying sand products and logistics solutions for the oil and gas market of Propane, has announced the transaction as the provider of an exploration company and producing oil and natural gas. Shale Support will supply the tier-one E&P with high quality frac sand from its Picayune, Miss. mine to the Eagle Ford Shale. “We are thrilled to enter into this strategic partnership with an industry-leading E&P,” says Lee Hullman, V.P. of business development. “The fact that shale support from both our mining and destination terminals belongs to our organization is a strategic partnership for our customer, enabling us to provide reliability and flexibility throughout the whole mining and transportation process, which is the key to ensure the operation, is successful.”
Shale support offers the best product on its Southton Rail Yard facility. Located south of San Antonio, in the heart of Ford’s Eagle, the Southton Rail yard was built in 2013 as one of the first purpose-built trans load facilities built in the country and is designed to handle a large volume of bulk materials. In August 2018, shale support announced that four new silos in the rail yard, with each new silo containing
about 5,000 tons of bulk material.
