In this section, the activity of rigs has beed devided to 4 different periods in 2016 according to full capacity of onshore rigs in each company. According to this, the dynamic situation of each company could be analyzed in long terms and the stability in HR, projects and stakeholder satisfaction could be investigated. Undoubtedly, the bigger companies in human resource, asset management, expertise and so on, could solve their probabale problems easier.
